1. Return Window Naxos Digitals provides a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for you to decide if you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
2. Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt must accompany your return.
3. Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
4. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
8. Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Most orders are delivered within 5 to 20 days, depending on inventory availability and logistics. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery window. Please note these are estimates and subject to variations due to external factors.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
5. Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
